All earrings are handmade and there may be slight imperfections such as small bubbles or markings. We do our best to eliminate these imperfections and would not sell earrings with large imperfections that do not meet our standards.

However, please understand that these are handmade products and it would be impossible for them to be completely blemish-free. All earrings are made with love and care and we hope to see these hand made earrings become part of your daily style!

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept exchanges or returns on earrings. However, if your earrings arrive damaged or broken, we will replace or refund you the price of the earrings. Please note that some earrings are one of a kind and may not be replaceable in the exact color or pattern, but we will be happy to offer an exchange of another style of the same earring.

Processing & Shipping

Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing and up to one week for delivery to most locations in the United States. Packages are shipped via USPS and tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped.

Because of the process of creating hand made polymer clay earrings, your pair may not be exactly identical to the pair pictured, but we do our best to have each pair be consistent with the patterns and colors shown.

Please note that slight variations in size and shape may occur compared to those pictured.

Caring For Your Earrings

Polymer clay is durable but as tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, please don’t! This can cause them to become weak and break.

Do not wear your earrings in the shower or swim with them, as getting them wet may jeopardize the longevity of your earrings. Avoid direct sunlight when storing your earrings.
